Yoga Techniques to Assist Sleeping: Specific methods of movement and breath help prepare the body to sleep.
Stretch and relax with restorative yoga

Prepare for sleep with Point to Point focus
Use Yoga Nidra (sleep) as a restful meditation for promoting sleep

Yoga for Children

$15 or one class from set per child
This class will be appropriate for children ages 3-9 years.
A guided deep relaxation will be offered in the yellow room at the same time for the adults.
