Are you interested in deepening your yoga practice
and the possibility of sharing the science of yoga with others?
If yes, you are invited to experience a Thursday evening session
from 5:30-9:30pm with our current Yoga Teachers in Training.
Available dates include: February 2nd, 9th or 16th.
Please email ann@allpeopleyoga.com or call 317.818.1800 for more details.
All People Yoga Center (APYC) has been training Yoga Teachers for over ten years!
Our Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) is registered with Yoga Alliance (the national registry for yoga teachers & schools) at the
200 hour level.
Any sincere yoga student who desires to deepen his/her practice and
understanding, who longs to share their love of yoga and wishes to serve
others through yoga teaching is invited to apply for acceptance into
this course. We will look for the length of time practicing yoga and a desire to serve others
as the motivation to teach. Please know that your physical prowess and
abilities in the asanas has very little to do with your effectiveness as
a teacher. You may be a better teacher because you struggle with
some of the practices or have disabilities or challenges! Your own
experiences of effectively directed will, surrender and achievement will
help you relate to and encourage the same beautiful process in your
students.
Details of the 2011 APYC YTT appear below (2012 details will be very similar and are coming soon!).
We
will be gathering on 34 Thursday evenings from 5:30-9:30pm from
May 19th 2011 through and including February 23rd 2012.
We will not meet on September 1st and will take a six week holiday break
from Thanksgiving November 24th through December 29th.
Forms for APYC's 2011 YTT include: the application, handouts from our question & answer session held on April 6th
& the current version of our calendar.
