5:30-6:45pm Yoga for Flexibility
Yoga for Flexibility uses the breath and stretching to open the body gently, creating space for health and healing to happen naturally. Appropriate for all levels of fitness and flexibility, with emphasis on relieving the stiffness and tension so common in modern life.

7:00-8:20pm Hot Flexibility
new class description...
Heat allows our muscles to stretch more easily and comfortably. We take full advantage of this in our hot flexibility class, heating the room to the high 80s or low 90s. Gentler than a hot vinyasa class, this class focuses on holding stretchy poses for longer periods of time. The intensity of the class is appropriate for all students who are comfortable with a little heat.

Carrie Viehe's next Introductory PreNatal Yoga class will be Wednesday August 6th from 7:00-8:15pm. More details & answers to frequently asked questions can be found under PreNatal Yoga on the Yoga Styles page of www.allpeopleyoga.com.
